Wattle & Paws is built primarily for Australian pet owners. Available shipping destinations, delivery options and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Launch shipping focus

  • Australia: Our primary launch market. Standard Australia shipping is currently shown at checkout where available.
  • New Zealand and international orders: These may be available only where checkout shows a valid delivery option. Availability can vary by product, supplier and destination.

If no delivery option is shown for your address at checkout, we cannot currently ship that order to that address.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. Processing time can vary by product, supplier and order volume. If an item is unavailable, delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery timing

Delivery estimates can vary by product, supplier, destination, carrier and external factors outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

Tracking and separate parcels

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch. Items in the same order may arrive separately if they are fulfilled from different locations or suppliers.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has started processing.

International duties and customs

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local charges depending on their country. These charges are not controlled by Wattle & Paws and are not included in our shipping rates unless shown otherwise at checkout.

Delivery problems

If your order appears delayed, damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, email hello@wattleandpaws.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information so we can help investigate.
