Wattle & Paws is primarily built for Australian pet owners. Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout and may vary by product, supplier and carrier.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Costs may vary depending on the destination, product and fulfilment partner.

How long will my order take?

Delivery timing varies by product, supplier, destination and carrier. Tracking is emailed where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.

Will items arrive separately?

They may. Some items can be fulfilled from different locations or suppliers, which means products from the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Are your products suitable for all pets?

Not always. Please read the product description, sizing notes, safety notes and what is included before ordering. Always supervise pets when using toys, grooming items, travel accessories or new products.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible at hello@wattleandpaws.com. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once processing has started.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate remedy.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

Change-of-mind return requests are considered within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, clean, in original condition and suitable for resale. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is usually the customer’s responsibility.

Do your policies affect my consumer rights?

No. Nothing in our policies excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
